Paralegals are an integral part of Paukert & Troppmann, providing valuable assistance to the attorneys and cost-effective service to our clients. The firm currently employs three knowledgeable and courteous paralegals who work under the supervision of the attorneys.

Leslie Swift, Breean Beggs' paralegal, began her career as a clerk in a legal aid office, while attending high school in Houston, Texas. Since moving to Washington, Leslie has worked with Spokane plaintiff and defense attorneys and their clients in business, personal injury and medical malpractice litigation, through trial and appeals. An avid amateur photographer, Leslie is also a dedicated family historian whose goal is to meet all her living relatives. So far, she has found and reunited with her biological mother, sister, and many cousins.

Mallorie, Kathy Paukert's paralegal, began working as a legal assistant upon graduating from high school in 2001. Since that time, she graduated from California State University, Sacramento, with a BA in Government and has worked as a paralegal in various law firms in Sacramento. She recently relocated with her family to Spokane. Mallorie is a proud mother to her first child who keeps her very busy! When she does have free time she enjoys outdoor activities such as camping, kayaking, hiking, snowboarding and biking.

Lynn Yost is a graduate of the University of Missouri, Columbia, with a BS in Business Administration (Major Marketing). Lynn is a paralegal as well as the firm's bookkeeper. On her time off, she enjoys participating in triathlons, reading, and attending theater.

Lauren Hahn graduated with a BA from Western Washington University. At school she took interdisciplinary courses in Canadian-American studies and English literature and writing development. She loves the arts and her hobbies include painting, playing the violin, and spending time with her family and friends.
