Michael’s practice focuses on commercial creditor and debtor issues, including insolvency, bankruptcy reorganizations, out-of-court workouts and receiverships. He has experience representing borrowers, lenders, guarantors, lessors, lessees, franchisors, farmers and other businesses in a wide variety of matters. He has represented business as debtors-in possession in complex Chapter 11 cases including Output Technology Corporation, Omak Wood Products, Inc., National Music Service, Inc., and the Catholic Bishop of Spokane (aka The Spokane Catholic Diocese).
